Privacy Policy
This page describes how X-Digital@Global collects, uses, and stores personal information for event operations. Compliant with the Republic of Korea Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and equivalent international standards (GDPR-aligned).
Name, email, phone, company, title, and event-relevant preferences (attendance dates, dietary needs, accessibility requests). Photo URL when you opt to upload one. LinkedIn / website URLs when you provide them.
For event matching, on-site check-in, scheduling 1:1 meetings, sending event communications (RSVP confirmation, schedule updates, post-event notes), and producing aggregate event reports for the host organizations.
For the duration of the current event year and 12 months after, after which we anonymize attendance records used in aggregate reporting and delete identifying records. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Event organizers and the participating company you have a confirmed meeting with. Other attendees and the public cannot view your personal information. Service providers (Supabase database hosting, Resend email delivery, Vercel hosting, Sentry error monitoring) process the minimum data required for those functions.
You may access, correct, port, or delete your personal information at any time. Email the address below or use the in-app profile editor.
