By using X-Digital@Global, you agree to these terms. They describe what you may use the platform for and what we provide in return.
Access is invitation-only. RSVP grants you a buyer account for the specific event you registered for. Buyer accounts may not be transferred or shared.
Use the platform to discover companies, book 1:1 meetings, and follow up after meetings. Do not impersonate other attendees, scrape contact data, or send unsolicited messages outside the platform.
Confirmed meetings are commitments to both sides. If you cannot make a meeting, cancel via the app at least 12 hours in advance so the slot can be reassigned.
Company materials (decks, videos, descriptions) shown on the platform are confidential. Do not redistribute them outside the context of your evaluation. Recording 1:1 meetings without consent is prohibited.
We aim for high availability during event week and best-effort outside it. Brief maintenance windows may occur; we communicate scheduled downtime via email when possible.
We may suspend an account for misuse, abuse, or breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing the address below.
